Submit Order Form
Follow these links to submit either a "Custom Cookie" or "Seasonal Set," form. You will receive a call or message to verify or reschedule your order based on availability.

Madison will work with you to approve design details for all custom orders.
After your order is verified, an invoice will be emailed to the address provided on the order form.

Pick Up Your Delicious Cookies
All cookies are made to order and individually sealed for freshness. Once your order is ready, meet Madison to receive your custom creations!
Cottage Food Law Notice
All products are made in a home bakery that contains common food allergens including: peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, fish and shellfish.
